I develop and oversee educational classes tailored for a community of over 25,000 parents. I take class ideas from concept to execution by conducting thorough research, writing scripts, and collaborating with a talented graphics department to produce video content for our membership. Working closely with the Executive Director, my work captures the v0ice of our community, and ensures that they receive valuable and engaging educational content to help grow and be supportive allies.

Somatic Movement and Mindfulness Teacher
Specializing in Social Emotional Learning and Somatic Movement, I focus on Special Education and Life Skills classes for students in grades K-3, while also teaching regularly scheduled classes to every student in the district within those grades. I also extend my expertise to select 4th and 5th-grade classes. I create age appropriate, tailored curriculums that promote self-regulation and mindfulness, while also collaborating with the high school Science Department to co-teach an elective entitled, The Science of Well-Being. My presentations to administrators and staff have fostered a deeper understanding of social-emotional learning across the district.
